Coming end of march 2012. 100% pinot noir, This champagne is made by maceration, with all the skins in contact with all of the juice. In the glass it has a wonderful, fresh pinot noir nose of strawberry fruit and forest air intrigue. On the palate it has a great small bubble texture with magnificent depth and terroir.

Franck Pascal 2002
95 points by Huon Hook. Full yellow colour with a slight tinge of gold. Roasted nuts, toasted almonds, toasted bread, too. Some aldehydes. Rich, soft, round palate with gentle and mellow flavour, but enlivened by good acidity. Has length too, but not great linearity or finesse. Very good, and very dry, but a little clunky on the back-palate where it loses its way somewhat. Big flavour, mouthfilling. Genuine aged character and a clean aftertaste. Stacks of character.
Franck Pascal 2004
96 points by Huon Hooke. Medium yellow colour; developed bouquet with aldehydes, lots of character and complexity, only a light touch of sweetness in the middle, then a dry, rich, full-flavoured palate with a clean, dry and lasting aftertaste. Rich, mellow, aged and aldehydic, but complex. Long and rewarding. Superb wine.
